Take a stroll through a fantasy world, one real step at a time
Each step you take in the real world moves you along a road in the game. Pick a town on the painted map and set off, and your walk to work or round the park carries you past farms, fens and forests. Steps count with the app closed, so your phone can stay in your pocket.
Play on a watch, a phone, or both
Stepfarer runs on Wear OS watches and Android phones, and one save follows you between them. Start a route on whichever you're holding and the other carries on from there.
When a monster finds you on the road, the watch buzzes. Tap, and the fight plays out while you keep walking.
Train your skills along the way
Chop, fish, mine, forage and sew as you pass through the farmland, fens and highlands. Bank what you gather in town and make it into gear for the monsters further out. More skills open as the world grows.
